Upgrade the structure

The changes that I want to make:

• Upgrade the structure of the personal portfolio from vanilla HTML, CSS, JavaScript to React(Vite), Tailwind

The whole structure of the UI consists of 2 pages:

1. Home page (Currently I'm going to work on this one)
2. Blog page (I will build this later because it needs Back end side and API)
