Setup desktop version of template 1 #4

Things I did in this PR:

  1. Documented workflow in README file
  2. Using Githubflow and branching
  3. Turn the Figma desktop design into a webpage using HTML/CSS
  4. Change the mobile version to the desktop version using RWD (Responsive Web Design) and media queries and Flexbox and Grid layout
