missing arch/x86/kernel/macros.s when building vmware modules #78

I'm using your most recent 4.20-rc6 build and I am trying to compile kernel modules for vmware player 15.0.2, using this the patched versions here: https://github.com/mkubecek/vmware-host-modules

I believe I have hit the bug described here: https://www.spinics.net/lists/linux-kbuild/msg20037.html Would it be possible to add the file to the headers package?

Additionally, would it be possible to publish the "dsc" files? Either separately or as a custom subdir on the tree, both are fine.
