Windows MIDI driver interface DLL? #7

Firstly, well done and thanks for getting the decompilation working. Can confirm the output is functioning when pairing with the original SW-10 ROM with sw10_pcmtools.

Just opening an issue here to track a need for a 'compiled' version of a compatible Windows MIDI driver build of this. Can be done with MinGW. (Same for WebMIDI if one wants to use in a browser setting hahaha). I have done both of this before myself in the past for different softsynths. This may come in the form of a future pull request.

I don't have the knowledge (or motivation) to create a Windows driver, so if you want it, you'll have to write it yourself.
