1.  Grouping Related Styles:
•   The styles are grouped logically: reset styles, global styles, header, name list section, footer, and light/dark mode styles.
2.  Consistent Formatting:
•   The formatting is standardized, with consistent indentation and spacing for better readability.
3.  Removal of Redundancy:
•   Removed the redundant body background and color definitions that were repeated under both light and dark mode sections.
•   Combined the hover effects for buttons to streamline the code.
4.  Comments Added:
•   Comments are added before each major section to explain its purpose, aiding future developers in understanding and navigating the code.
