Update glibc to 2.35 #100

This patch updates glibc to 2.35.

I've build and tested it on my machine, although only in a training game.

Can confirm it does work. No need to recompile wine-lol as far as I have noticed. Normals and ARAM work fine. TFT is also fine.

Can also confirm working, played a full normal with no hiccups.
