pcu handshake #20

Description

as a fix for #19:

the pcu sometimes doesn't respond to the very first command after the connection has physically established (like one of the devices has powered up)
all subsequent commands run flawlessly to current knowledge
therefore we want a handshake process at initialization of pcu that makes sure these "ominous first command fail" happens controlled during the init phase and not during operation at some random point of time

What happens if we don't do it (aka Why is it important)?

the first message to the pcu (whatever that is) might fail. Therefore a catch would have to be implemented in several commands

[x] decide for a command to use for this kind of "probe"
[x] implement into the pcu code
[x] integrate into the backupserver process

Acceptance Criteria

[x] the warning that docking fails for the first time appears significantly less often. Like only every 20th time
