Add section on ignoring files #63

Howdy. Thanks for the package. I'm the technical writer for Chrome DevTools.

I suggest breaking up your README into sections, like the one I have proposed. I know that you already do mention how to ignore files, but putting each task into a section like this makes the README easier to scan.

Feel free to close or edit if you don't like this PR for whatever reason.
