[Bug] Issues downloading filenames with non-Latin characters #13

I need to investigate further what exactly is problem here, but it occurred when trying to rip this profile: https://yiff.party/patreon/2826131

It seems to boil down to the attachments/files with Japanese (and most likely Korean, Chinese etc.) filenames not being downloaded properly and I think it has something to do with character encoding.

Another side effect is that posts with titles that are non-Latin just have YYYY-MM-DD__PostID, but that's not really too important imo.
