I thought I was being real clever by only implementing an API call for retrieving posts, turns out that while the attachments included are valid, it's still missing media.
Not entirely sure what the difference is. Here's an example creator that has posts with Media and that currently isn't picked up by yiff-dl: https://yiff.party/patreon/203953
