Scrollbars showing when browser zooms out #28

Not even a problem really since a page refresh fixes this

This is an issue with the nanoscroller.js plugin and it is not appearing in Chrome. Closing this issue since it does not directly pertain to this project unless we decide to write our own custom scrollbars, which I am too lazy to do at this point.
