Add the signed in CREST character automatically to use as default Add option to delete extraneous characters

Skills are not available through CREST so we'll skip using it as the default for now. Currently we are defaulting to the first character in the server response. These are unsorted and presumably appear in order of when they were added. Consider adding menu functionality for setting a default manually and/or reordering characters. Alternatively, add info explaining that the first character added will be the default while there are no characters currently associated.
