includes Station ID for Cloudlog 2.x #10

Hi M0LTE,

please check my additions. As said I'm an absolute beginner. But it seams to be working and displaying the Station ID correctly on startup, as well in the API call.

@M0LTE Please merge this. Currently we get a "Error uploading:" message with CloudLog V2 without this merge!!!!
