Temporary on-screen TX button #3

What should happen when enabled:

Two GPIOs should go high, in sequence
The RX indicator should change to TX
A (hardcoded) GNU Radio flowgraph should start running

When disabled, the opposite should happen in reverse order.

The flowgraph could just be a CW tone or CW ID for now. Maybe two TX buttons, one for "from an audio device", another just CW.

This is probably a temporary button.
