Basically, what you need to do is put the uconomy plugin into the libraries folder, this will then give you no errors for uconomy whilst its set to false and at the same time you won't need to be using uconomy with the plugin.

Yes, there is a "UconomyEnabled" option at the top of the config, but you must have uconomy in the librarys folder for the plugin to disable it without uconomy errors, this means that you won't need to use the uconomy plugin in your plugins folder and the plugin will still work.
