SNES Lag counter is always red #180

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open an SNES ROM using the Performance Core.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The Frame and Lag Counter are both solid red.  Compatibility core does not have 
this issue.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SVN version 6663

Please provide any additional information below.
The game still runs fine.  I tested Star Fox due to it being very laggy.  Sonic 
the Hedgehog (Genesis) lag counter/frame counter behaves properly.

a better subject for this bug wouldve been "SNES performance core lag counter 
is always red"
