As an admin I would like to have an overview page for my tasks

Open tasks should be shown somewhere in the header bar

The overview page should show a list of

• role requests

Information to be provided:

• username
• creation time
• role information
  • add role
  • remove role
  • unchanged roles

Controls to be provided:

• add comment
• accept request
• decline request
