Missing ChangeLog or official release announcements #41

While I see some official releases and can take the burden to read through the commit logs to get an idea about the changes happened from one release to another, I clearly miss some official release announcements, that make it easier for users and contributors to see precisely what notable changes have been made between each release (or version) of the project.

A ChangeLog, shipped inside the code, could also help to identify the latest changes on an installed system without the need to connect to the internet.

But I'm still wondering if there is a tool to keep rpm/debian/gh-pages in sync?

writing one CHANGELOG and get it distributed to rpms, debian packages, (package format XY) and gh-pages would be wonderful.

Do you know any solution for that?
