Use `kanku-cli` in getting_started #54

Installing the full kanku stack (with all the server dependencies) is not recommendable in a "Getting started" page. People can install the rest of the packages by installing kanku afterwards. This is consistent as we mention the "Developer Mode" also in the start page first.
