Bad api for shodan

the shodan api works, just not for hikvision Do I need "Freelancer" from shodan for it to work?

A free API should work just fine if I remember correctly, the query for hikvision was just a favicon hash search but shodan keep changing its rules so I can't be 100% sure that it will work
