no title for the supposed error don't open a ticket If you don't know what you are doing, I suggest you to NOT use this tool because i don't think you are able to use it correctly or for not so good reason. if the tool isn't working because it's your fault u can just open a ticket. the please cure you form, your english it's unreadable I'm not here to babysit everyone
