Shutdown issue #14

Due to leakage current reaching one of the transistors i nthe power control section, the Shutdown menu entry doesn't work as intended.

Workaround: solder a 10k resistor between STM32's pin 50 or D7's pin 1 (GPIO_POWER net) and ground.
