Repeater map - add marker for each repeater at the corresponding lat,lon #8

Using Leaflet or Openlayers with OpenstreetMap tiles, render an interactive, responsive map to show where all the repeaters are using their latitude and longitude. Have a marker for each repeater that will somehow show repeater data by interacting with the marker (click or touch), either on the map or to the side (your preference).

Mock results from an API, since we don't have one just yet and it's already being worked on.
