GPS doesn't fix after flashing Cyanogenmod #63

I installed cyanogenmod (cm-11-20141008-SNAPSHOT-M11-aries.zip) on my Xiaomi Mi2s, since then the phone won't fix a GPS. I've tried tools like GPS doctor, but no luck. GPS status app says that it sees ~20 satellites but can't fix with a single one. How can I fix this? GPS is very important for me.

Edit: before flashing the phone used to be able to find location in under a second.

Doesn't the MI2 use GPS instead of GLONASS? In any case, I had been having GPS problems in a select number of apps (Google Maps turn-by-turn) that have been independent of my ROM selection.

iirc, the newest version is 20141112-SNAPSHOT, see if that changes anything

I also noticed that with miui rom gps was working pretty faster than now. I partially solved using "gps test" app and doing clear agps and update agps in the settings of the app. Using mobile data (never done with miui) helps too
