META-INF/service should be META-INF/services #53

In the 2.1b4 jar (and earlier releases) the META-INF/services entry is 
incorrectly named META-INF/service (lacking the last 's'). Because of that, the 
service provider is not found and JSR-223 support is broken. Renaming the entry 
fixes the problem.
