Update CircuitPython and libraries #8

Feather board needs updated libraries and might as well update base CircuitPython

CircuitPython 4.1.0 -> 5.2.0

Updated to 5.2.0, updated all libraries. Added MAX31865 library that was missing.

System tested and everything so far is working fine. Closing issue.
