.nz / .nz.000 extension #507

there are some files that only nanazip can handle, how about create those with .nz and .nz.000 (for multiple parts) to allow people using winrar / 7zip to know they need nanazip to uncompress those?

For creating NanaZip specific archive format, it's a long-term thing.

At current, there are many things need to prepare.
