Page scrolls on after footer when I use top thumbnail gallery

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- When I use the gallery with the thumbnails on top.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- I can't find this in my code (not to say it isn't, but I can't find anything, 
but I have galleries that display the thumbnails on the left...page is fine. 
But when I display the thumbnails on top, for some reason, my page scrolls down 
forever.  It's just weird.  If I comment out the gallery, it's fine.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- Downloaded it a few weeks ago, so it would be your latest?

Please provide any additional information below.
- My site's not live yet, but here's a page that has the problem:  
http://65.110.65.96/ArchitecturalMetals.cfm.  You'll see that you can scroll 
down below the footer. If you click on any of the other links on the left nav, 
you'll see the gallery w/left thumbnails where you can't scroll down any 
farther than the footer.

I kept thinking I must be missing some close tag, but I can't find that either. 
 Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.
