Add initial sample files #2

We need a shared library of assets to experiment with avatar interop together, lets gather a handful of avatars, wearables, and animation samples to prototype with or resources on where to get them:

Got most of the sample files in local copy. I also added github discussions to this repo for meetup notes and the wiki is where we can store information about sample assets so that the README isn't enormously long. Can add shortcut links from readme to the wiki instead.

Setting up the wiki which is where people can find ways to download the assets / pull them into their projects. Each category on the wiki can also get linked on the project readme.
