GLB Parcel Minter

Leverage the Hyperfy cv-viewer to enable easy GLB minting of parcels.

Goals:

• Include only base structure
• Use some IPFS plan to ensure pinning for a number of years
• Require a small ETH fee when minting which goes towards pinning
• Mint on mainnet due to number of 3d apps already pulling metadata from there

We would be open to expanding this list. Feel free to add ideas.

Feature request: make the parcel preview for the NFT a glb so that it can be easily imported into different apps Metadata to include:

• everything current parcel has
• filetype (.glb)
• snapshot timestamp
• filesize (MB)
