COVID-19 Data Hub import failure: duplicated entry for Queensland on 2020-11-10 #3

Hi @M3IT, hope you are doing well! Today the import with the data hub was failing. I checked and this is due to a duplicated entry for Queensland on 2020-11-10 in this file. I temporarily fixed it in this commit, but it would be great if you could decide which entry is correct and remove the other one. Many thanks!
