Monitors black after resume from suspend #21

After the computer resumes from being suspended, the monitors are black and must first be unplugged/replugged before they will display.

Moving the mouse is sufficient to wake the monitors. Could be a hypridle issue

Adding the NVreg_TemporaryFilePath kernel param in ba143c0 does not seem to have resolved this issue.
