@micahjohnson150 let's run through this next week. This is a lot of the work around column mapping, but also getting the ProfileCollection working on a full file. There are a couple pieces I'm not sure are as clear as they could be, but it works well! There are decent tests so we can walk through what is happening to the data

Okay @micahjohnson150 these changes are tested and working and all the other good stuff code can do/be
