Please accept my pull request. It fixes shadowsocks.service to execute the proper executable (which is ss-local not ss-server).

Hello,
Thank you for your pull request.
However, this shell is for installing shadowsocks on the server, not the client.
So I am sorry that I will not merge this pull request.
