138 changed all non-transactional commands to be handled async:

Now bot manages commands with external calls asynchronously. This includes dallemini, kunta, space and weather
Added tests to make sure commands are handled either sync or async based on 'run_async'-setting
As method decorators do not affect new threads, these commands are set to run sync while testing
