if consecutively named chapters have some chapters in some unsupported format (eq. PDF), the previous/next chapter is not loaded
- original bug report
how it should behave:
- skip unsupported files to next working file
- try to open known unsupported files in an external application (display a prompt for this: open in external program/skip)
