port Mieru to also work on Hartmattan (N9)
what needs to be done:
- get a N9 / N950 for development and testing - devkit proposal submitted
- separate GUI logic (https://github.com/M4rtinK/mieru/issues/7) - about done
- write Qt GUI
- packaging
- release thread
