Show Back button option is useless in Sailfish Silica UI #249

Enabling the "Show back button" option in Options/UI makes all menus appear garbled with overlapping buttons (SFOS 2.1.4.14, Jolla C). The button itself is completely useless in Sailfish OS. Please, consider removing it.

Yeah, does not make sense to show this option on Sailfish OS.

Still present in harbour-modrana-0.55.10-1.1...
