Don´t even bother trying this tool, it doesn´t work... Just like any tool...

The problem is in the apk original file. To get apk file suitable for this process, do the following steps : 1-Install FS Explorer on your mobile phone. 2-Using this program to copy any program that is already on your device such as TubeMate. 3-Take the apk file from your mobile phone that you copied and put it on your Desktop in Kali Linux. 4-Try merging again and you won't have any problems.
