Gravestone replaced IC2 metal former #35

I am currently playing All The Mods Expert v1.0.9 and a zombie killed me while I was standing infront of my ic2 machines waiting for them to process. When I released and ran back the gravestone had replaced the metal former.

I had placed the machines kind of odd. It was a cross with a coal generator in the middle and the metalformer was 1 block down from ground level, and I was standing in a hole infront of the metal former when it happened.

The floor was made from abyssalcraft Darklands Oak Wood Planks.

That is not good. Are you able to reproduce the issue?

EDIT: And if so, could you post a screenshot of the setup to make debugging a tad quicker? Thanks. :)
