Screen space not initially reserved #140

In Ubuntu 20.04 when dockbarx is loaded it does not reserve screen space separately from windows (prevents windows from occupying its screen area) until reloading the program. Upon reloading, by right-clicking and pressing "reload", the screen space is reserved.
