Center clock with separators

I use to place the clock in the center of the panel with 2 separator, but the clock don't stick in the middle, it move from left to right every time i open or close an application in the taskbar. i use this panel as an stand alone panel.

The current applets system is too simple to achieve what you want. This part of the code needs refactoring. I may do it next month.
