Has a dependency on deliverable 8.2; see @hookhua for more info on that.

Primary PoC is @sujen1412 ; adding @hookhua for awareness and technical interchange.

Targeted for v4D2, due on 31 October 2024. Details are in the v4 Joint Delivery Schedule.

This ticket is more for OGC EMS implementation of deploying and executing CWL workflow definitions. WPS-T/API Process here would be more for focused on OGC EMS component instead of just OGC ADES.
