Jobs failing to cancel in DIT #1093

Going to start with looking into recent changes to the API

Found this bug when trying to approve Marjorie's PR to update maap-py: https://github.com/MAAP-Project/maap-workspaces/pull/141. The bug exists in that image ('mas.dit.maap-project.org/root/maap-workspaces/jupyterlab/python:update-maap-py') and the current develop image, so the upgrade to maap-py is not the problem but going to hold off on merging this PR for now

Sujen fixed the version of lightweight jobs configured in the api and jobs can successfully cancel now
