Server connection error #1120

Nathan Thomas is getting this Server Connection error:

Could potentially be because he is hitting an external server quite a bit and I am trying to replicate this still

Possible that this issue is because of our version of tornado

Nathan Thomas is going to let me know when this happens again because I was not able to replicate his error currently
