And https://github.com/NASA-IMPACT/active-maap-sprint/issues/714 <- this has the working code for S3 access that needs to be tested in DPS not just the ADE.

@omshinde @samnemo I found the example code we'd been looking for. https://gist.github.com/wildintellect/ef139d5ad800e034f8110b48ac028c59 And the note that it likely does not work inside DPS jobs, need to check with @bsatoriu if that was ever fixed.
