fix: ICESat2-Boreal biomass layers #101

Merge Main into Staging

Confirmed https://biomass.dit.maap-project.org/ icesat2-boreal datasets were visible and pulled from the new mosaic.

Just noting test instructions:

  1. Go to https://biomass.dit.maap-project.org/products/icesat2_boreal?map=-125.2569%2C54.9409%2C8.22&layers=icesat2_boreal_biomass_reduced%2Cicesat2_boreal_biomass&lState=
  2. Zoom in really far, wait for tiles to load
  3. Verify correct mosaic is called with browser developer tools
