update CCI biomass and NASA JPL #110

Merge these to staging :

Might want to wait a bit for feedback from the user in https://github.com/MAAP-Project/ZenHub/issues/709 before merging.

Note : kind of weird, the diff shows changes already merged to staging from main here https://github.com/MAAP-Project/biomass-dashboard-datasets/pull/104

I feel I won't get a feedback soon on CCI so we can push this forward, and can always change things in the future. @jjfrench could you approve (if you do approve!) so that I merge to staging and then to prod.

  1. Navigate to https://biomass.dit.maap-project.org/products/cci_biomass?map=0%2C0%2C1&lState=
  2. Inspect > Network
  3. Request to 3f4af3705f7801257a6bc856d662440a mosaic
