Document Bucket Versioning #369

Description

Bucket versioning was enabled for the maap-ops-workspace bucket to help prevent the accidental deletion of data. We should add documentation to make users aware that they should inform the data/platform team within a certain window of time (maybe 30 days) to restore their data.

Put on the System Reference page with Workspace info. At some point it'll probably make sense to migrate that Storage Options info to the Workspace page and refer to it from the Getting Started Guide.
