Recommending to not use Jupyter Notebooks in the buckets Let me know if we want this to be more stern ie DON'T use Jupyter Notebooks in buckets

I can tweak that bottom left annotation about what the /projects is for... "Github repositories" or "Github repos and Jupyter Notebooks" or just "Jupyter notebooks" etc.
